The Bills have officially listed defensive tackles Jordan Phillips and DaQuan Jones as "questionable" to play Sunday's game. All other players on the active roster are available and expected to play.

For the Bengals, they've officially declared left tackle Jonah Williams and right guard Alex Cappa out for the contest. Right tackle La'el Collins is also out. He's been on Injured Reserve since Week 16, which means Cincinnati will be starting three normally backup offensive linemen.

In addition, the Bengals list cornerback and special teamer Tre Flowers as doubtful.
