High Low Jackpot!

These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Audacy Detroit (collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available on the Station’s website at www.1043womc.com/contests-rules. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest. 

Entry/Winning 1. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the 104.3 WOMC Hi/Low Jackpot (the “Contest”). A purchase or payment will not increase your chance of winning. 2. Listeners can enter the Contest by listening to the Station weekdays (Monday – Friday) (excluding holidays) between January 8, 2026 and approximately February 6, 2026, or when the last jackpot is guessed, at approximately 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am, 2:00pm, and 4:00pm et each weekday for the Station on-air personality to play or announce the cue to call. After the sounder is played, the 10th caller at 248-399-1043 will be given an opportunity to guess the cash amount of the jackpot. (Calls to other numbers, including the Station’s general number will not be accepted.) The 10th caller will have ten seconds to guess the exact amount (dollars and cents) of the jackpot. The on-air personality then will indicate whether the guess is too high, too low or the correct amount in the cash jackpot. A prize will be awarded, upon confirmation of eligibility, to the 10th caller who guesses the correct amount (dollars and cents) in the jackpot within the allotted 10 seconds and the contestant will win the jackpot amount (each a “Winner”). Another game will begin and the Contest will continue until the sooner of: (i) the maximum amount of $1000.00 in the aggregate has been awarded in this Contest; (ii) or until February 6, 2026. WARNING: Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations. Contest Participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts. 3. The cash amount of each Jackpot will be pre-determined by Station prior to accepting any guesses.

Winners will receive their jackpot amount in the form of $25 Vanilla Visa Gift Cards. Vanilla Visa Gift Card can be used to make purchases anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted within the United States and the District of Columbia, not valid for recurring billing or ATMs. Prizes are provided by Audacy Michigan, LLC. The maximum amount of all prizes awarded in this Contest is limited to $1000.00.
