Take Off To Turks Contest Rules 

These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Audacy Operations, Inc. d/b/a WMJX, WMAS, and WRCH (individually and collectively, as applicable, the “Station(s)”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the WMJX general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the WMJX general contest rules are available at the Stations’ studios at 83 Leo M Birmingham Pkwy, Brighton, MA 02135 during regular business hours and on the Stations’ websites at https://www.audacy.com/magic1067/contest-rules, https://www.audacy.com/wrch/contest-rules, and https://www.audacy.com/947wmas/contest-rules. To the extent that the Participating Stations’ general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest. 

THIS CONTEST IS BEING CONDUCTED BY MULTIPLE RADIO STATIONS. LISTENERS OF EACH OF THE THREE PARTICIPATING STATIONS, AND VISITORS TO EACH OF THE PARTICIPATING STATION WEBSITES, ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER AND WIN THIS CONTEST AS SET FORTH BELOW.

How to Enter

1.    No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Take Off To Turks contest (the “Contest”). A purchase or payment will not increase your chance of winning. 

2.    To enter from 12:00am (ET) on Monday, January 26, 2026 through 11:59pm (ET) on Friday, February 20, 2026, visit https://www.audacy.com/magic1067, https://www.audacy.com/wrch, or https://www.audacy.com/947wmas, click on the Take Off To Turks link and complete the online entry/registration form by submitting the entrant’s full name, phone number (including area code), age, e-mail address, and other information requested (some of which may be optional) (each an “Entrant”).

               i.        As part of the entry process, Entrants may be provided with an opportunity to opt-in to receive solicitations from, and/or to become a member/participate in clubs of (i.e., email clubs, text clubs, and rewards programs), the Participating Stations; provided, however, agreeing to receive such solicitations and/or accepting such membership is not a condition of entry into this Contest and will not increase your chances of winning.

3.    At approximately 8:00am (ET) on Monday, February 23, one (1) Entrant will be randomly selected from among all of the entries in this Contest to receive the one (1) prize in this Contest (as described in Section 5 below), subject to verification and compliance with the Contest rules (the “Winner”).   

a.    There will be up to, but in no event more than, one (1) Winner in this Contest.

b.    Participating Stations will notify the Winner by means of the phone number or email address provided to Participating Stations at the time the Winner entered the Contest.

4.    Odds of winning the Prize in this Contest shall depend upon the number of entries received by each and all of the Stations in the Contest.  

Prize(s)

5.    The one (1) verified Winner will receive the following (the “Prize”): One (1) prize consisting of a four-day/three-night All-Inclusive vacation for two (2) adults (the prize winner + an adult guest) or (the prize winner and a minor guest (age 15 or younger) to any one of the two (2) Beaches Resorts listed below, with locations in Jamaica and Turks and Caicos and round-trip coach airfare for two (2) (prize winner + one (1) travel companion as indicated to the destination (collectively, the “Beaches Resorts Prize Package”) including:

a.    Luxury Accommodations:

                                  i.        One (1) double occupancy, Luxury category room, all meals, unlimited premium brand liquors, daily & nightly entertainment, an array of land and water sports activities, including daily scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, access to Kids Camp, resort taxes, resort gratuities, and Beaches Resorts transfers to and from the selected or designated resort’s airport.

b.    Flights:

                                  i.        Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) (prizewinner and travel companion) valid to/from the nearest major U.S. gateway of the prize winner to the selected or designated resort’s airport. The tickets are valid during the Beaches Resorts Prize Package Redemption Period only. Flights will be on mutually approved dates. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary, originating from the same airport. Flights and airlines are subject to change and availability. Restrictions and blackout dates are seven (7) days before and after any major U.S. Holiday.

c.    Beaches Resorts Include:

                                  i.        Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa - Providenciales, Turks & Caicos

                                  ii.        Beaches Negril Resort & Spa - Negril, Jamaica d.    Each Prize is valued at $5,158 and is courtesy of JAWW MEDIA + MARKETING.

6.    CONDITIONS: The Beaches Resorts Prize Package must be redeemed for travel within one (1) year between June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027 (the “Redemption Period”). The Beaches Resorts Prize Package is not transferable nor redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the Beaches Resorts Prize Package has expired. If the Beaches Resorts Prize Package is not redeemed during the Redemption Period, the Beaches Resorts Prize Package will be forfeited. The Beaches Resorts Prize Package is subject to availability and certain blackout dates including but not limited to 7 days before and after any major U.S. Holiday. The Beaches Resorts Prize Package will be issued in the form of a prize certificate (the “Prize Certificate”), outlining the terms and conditions of the Beaches Resorts Prize Package and redemption procedures. Beaches Resorts is an all-inclusive family resort destination for everyone. The Beaches Resorts Prize Package recipient must be 18 years of age or older. Travel companion can be an adult guest or a minor (15 years or younger). The Beaches Resorts Prize Package is for two (2) individuals only (the prize winner + an adult guest) or (the prize winner and a minor guest (age 15 or younger). Any additional guests will be at an additional cost. Resort accommodations and flights will not be confirmed until 90 days prior to the selected travel date. Prizewinner, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby waive, and release any and all rights, claims, and causes of action whatsoever he/she may have against the Beaches Resorts Prize Package Provider now or in the future arising out of his/her participation in the promotion and/or acceptance and utilization of the Beaches Resorts Prize Package that he/she has won, or the exercise of any rights granted herein.

7.    SUBSTITUTION OF RESORT. The accommodations portion of the Beaches Resorts Prize Package is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates. Unique Travel Corp, the worldwide representative for Beaches Resorts, and Beaches Resorts each reserves the right to relocate any confirmed prizewinner from the selected resort to an alternate resort within the resort’s chain and to change dates with prior notice should circumstances so require or for any circumstance(s) beyond the resort’s control. The terms and conditions agreed to by the prizewinner shall apply with equal applicability to any resort which is the subject of substitution or deviation. Neither Unique Travel Corp nor Beaches Resorts shall be liable for any claim made by the prize winner whatsoever, including but not limited to loss, compensation, or refund by reason of such substitution or deviation.

8.    COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNMENT ENTITIES. Unique Travel Corp, the Beaches Prize Package Provider, its affiliates, and parent as well as Beaches Resorts and/or Beaches Resorts related entities shall have the right to comply with any and all orders, recommendations, or directions whatsoever given by any government entity or by persons purporting to act with such authority, and such compliance shall not be deemed a breach of receipt of the Prize Package or any agreement entitling the prize winner to assert any claim for liability, compensation or refund.

9.    HEALTH & SAFETY: Beaches Resorts reserves the right to implement or modify health protocols, policies and procedures at any time as needed, in keeping with public health guidance and applicable law.

10. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: ACCEPTANANCE OF THE BEACHES RESORTS PRIZE PACKAGE PROVIDES FOR THE EXCLUSIVE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL LEGAL ACTION AND SUPERSEDES ANY LAW ENTITLING GUEST TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER PRECLUDES GUEST FROM PARTICIPATING IN OR BEING REPRESENTED IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION REGARDING ANY CLAIM BROUGHT UNDER AS A RESULT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. EVEN IF APPLICABLE LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE, GUEST AGREES THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LAWSUIT AGAINST UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP WHATSOEVER SHALL BE LITIGATED BY GUEST INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS OR AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION, AND GUEST EXPRESSLY AGREES TO WAIVE AUTHORITY TO ARBITRATE CLAIMS ON A CLASS ACTION BASIS. IF GUEST'S CLAIM IS SUBJECT TO LEGAL PROCEEDING UNDER FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS OF THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. - TERMS AND CONDITIONS AVAILABLE HERE https://www.beaches.com/terms-conditions/, THE GUEST FURTHER AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS MATERIAL AND ESSENTIAL TO THE PROCEEDING OF ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND IS NON-SEVERABLE FROM THE AGREEMENT TO ANY CLAIMS HEREIN. THE VALIDITY AND EFFECT OF THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER MAY BE DETERMINED ONLY BY A JUDGE OR COURT OF LAW. GUEST AGREES THAT THIS SECTION SHALL NOT BE SEVERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FROM THE FORUM SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISION SET FORTH IN THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. – TERMS AND CONDITIONS. GUEST AGREES THAT THE PARTIES REFERENCED IN FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS OF THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. – TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT MAY BE THE SUBJECT OF ANY CLAIM BY GUEST CAN RECEIVE IMMEDIATE JUDICIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENFORCE THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER.

11. Travel Safety Warning

a.    Due to the fact that travel and tourism are constantly in a state of flux, prizewinner is advised to consult the U.S. State Department’s website at and enter the name of the country(ies) that they plan to visit for the latest information concerning traveler safety, security, and health advisories.

b.    All guests are responsible for checking the travel and entry protocols for the destination that they are travelling to before they depart and ensuring that they fully understand and comply with any such protocols. For example, some destinations may require guests to be fully vaccinated and/or to obtain a negative PCR Covid-19 test a certain number of days pre and post travel. All guests are advised to visit the travel.gov website before travel and to check the official Government website for the country they are visiting. Unique Travel Corp and/or Beaches Resorts shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred for any required test or any other pre-travel requirements.

Other Rules Specific to This Contest

13. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and a legal resident of the state of Connecticut, Massachusetts, or New Hampshire by Monday, January 26, 2026 in order to be eligible. The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.

e.    Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entry if they click the “Follow @lite1005” on Instagram button on the online entry page located at https://www.audacy.com/wrch/contests.

f.      Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entry if they click the “Follow @947WMAS” on Instagram button on the online entry page located at https://www.audacy.com/947wmas/contests.

g.    Entrants will receive 5 bonus entries if they click the “Download the Audacy App” button on the online entry page.

h.    Entrants will receive 5 bonus entries if they click the “Listen Now on Audacy” button on the online entry page. Contest Administrator is not responsible for verifying any of the above actions, other than entrant clicking the designated button(s). 

14. The entry process may require Entrants to login to, or to create, a free account with the third party provider of a software platform used by the Station for such Contest(s) (“Software Provider”), by going to the Website, clicking on the Contest entry link, and completing and submitting the online registration form with all required information.

a.    Limit one (1) account with the Software Provider per email address.

b.    Software Provider is not a sponsor of this Contest, but Entrants may be required, as part of the entry process, to agree and consent to the Software Provider’s terms of service and/or privacy policy, both of which will be available via a link during the entry or account registration process (collectively, the “Software Provider Policies”).

c.    If the Entrant elects to have their entry form pre-loaded or pre-populated with information from the Entrant’s Facebook, Twitter, Google, or LinkedIn profiles, such Entrant authorizes the Software Provider and the Station to access, utilize and/or pre-load to such entry form, applicable portions of Entrant’s profile information from such account. 

d.    While agreement to the Software Provider Policies may be required in order to enter the Contest, the Software Provider Policies are not a part of these Contest Rules but are a separate agreement between the Entrant and Software Provider. In the event of any conflict between the Software Provider Policies and the Rules, the Rules will govern.

e.    Station is not responsible for any error or technical malfunctions associated with the Software Provider site that may affect any Entrant’s ability to enter, to win, or to be properly considered in the Contest, regardless of the cause. In the event of a malfunction associated with the Software Provider site that the Station in its sole and absolute discretion deems to materially and adversely affect the Contest, the Station reserves the right to (1) suspend the Contest; (2) terminate the Contest without a Winner; (3) terminate the Contest and select a Winner early; (4) provide alternative means of entry; and/or make any other changes to the Contest that the Station deems appropriate under the circumstances. Any such changes, terminations or suspensions will be published on the Contest Rules Page, and in the Station’s sole and absolute discretion, may also be announced on-air, published elsewhere on the Website, and/or published on social media.

f.      Employees of Software Provider and its affiliates, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to win in this Contest.
