(Middletown, Conn./WTIC) - State police are out with final numbers from their enhanced Labor Day holiday enforcement detail.
Troopers reported nearly 63-hundred calls for service.
Some 515 were written up for speeding and another 19 for seatbelt violations.
They say 41 were arrested on DUI offenses.
All told, police logged 406 crashes on state roadways, three with fatalities and two with serious injuries.
The figures cover the period from midnight Friday to 11:59 Monday night.
