(WWJ) A 56-year-old Northville man is facing a criminal charge for alleged indecent behavior in Canton.
According to the Canton Public Safety Department, Kevin Joseph Prior is accused of "exposing and publicly fondling himself in plain view of a female," while in a shopping center parking lot earlier this month.
Prior was arraigned last Friday in 35th District Court one count of Aggravated Indecent Exposure, a two-year misdemeanor. Judge Mike Gerou set a personal bond and scheduled a hearing for Prior on July 6.
No further details about the alleged incident, including the location, were released.
