
(WWJ) An overnight freeway shooting in Detroit has left two people hospitalized.
Michigan State Police say two victims told troopers they were shot on the SB Lodge between Davison and Hamilton around 4:55 am Sunday.
The victims drove themselves to the hospital. No word on their condition.
Troopers shut down the SB Lodge at Elmhurst to collect evidence. A motive for the shooting remains unknown at this point.
Michigan State Police say there has been at least 15 freeway shootings in Metro Detroit in the past two months.
