23-year-old man with mental health concerns reported missing in Detroit

(WWJ) Detroit Police are asking for help from the public to track down a young man who's been missing for nearly two weeks.

According to investigators, it was reported that 23-year-old David Beasinger, III was last seen at around 9 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 22, in the area of Linwood and Richton, in the Dexter-Linwood neighborhood.

Beasinger is described as around 5’8” tall and 170 lbs., with blue eyes and sandy brown hair. He was last seen wearing a red shirt with a black hood, brown pants, and brown boots.

It was reported that Beasinger is in good physical condition, police said, but that he lives with a mental health condition.

Police have listed Beasinger as a "serious missing" person, due to his mental health concerns.
