
DETROIT (WWJ) -- One person was killed and three others were injured in a drive-by shooting on Detroit’s west side yesterday.
The incident happened near the Lodge Freeway and Chicago at around 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
According to police, the four victims were outside when a vehicle occupied by four people drove by and fired multiple shots in their direction.
A 51-year-old man was killed, and a 6-year-old boy and two other men -- ages 22 and 38 -- were injured in the shooting. The three injured victims are in stable condition.
The shooter is still at large and police are searching for the suspect’s vehicle, which is described as a black Infiniti SUV.
