New Ann Arbor ordinance prevents police from pulling drivers over for minor traffic offenses — Is this the right move?

(WWJ) In an attempt to curb racial profiling by police, the City of Ann Arbor will now prohibit its cops from making traffic stops over minor traffic offenses.
