LIVINGSTON COUNTY (WWJ) - Police say a deceased woman found lying between apartment buildings in Whitmore Lake on Tuesday died under suspicious circumstances.
The Green Oak Township Police Department said the 47-year-old female victim's cause of death is currently unknown, but detectives have determined it was not from natural causes.
Police discovered the body after receiving a report on Tuesday, April 25, about an unresponsive woman lying in the grass between two apartment complexes at Pine Knoll Apartments in the 10000 block of McNally Road.
Officials have not released the victim's identity out of respect for the family. The investigation is ongoing.
