The woman was one of three people killed in the spree. Authorities have charged 19-year-old Dontae Smith with three murders, as well as the non-fatal shooting of a 76-year-old man and his dog.

Police found the body of the unidentified woman, believed to be in her 40s, with multiple gunshot wounds in the area of Wyoming and Margareta around 5:30 a.m. Sunday after a neighbor reported hearing gunfire. She was the first of four victims found that day.
