Police searching for missing teen brothers who left home after disagreement with their mother

DETROIT (WWJ) - Authorities look to reunite a family after two brothers left their Detroit home Tuesday morning and haven't been seen since.

Detroit police said Jacob and Jordan Dorsey, ages 16 and 14, took off from their residence in the area 18500 block of Huntington around 8 a.m. after a dispute with their mother.

They were last seen walking southbound on Huntington and have been missing since.

The brothers are described by authorities as Black males standing 5’7” and 5’6” and weighing 130 lbs. and 115 lbs. respectively -- both have brown eyes.

According to their mother, Jacob has shoulder length-dreads while Jordan has a bushy ponytail.

Police said Jacob sports a tattoo on his right forearm that reads “Only the Strong Survive."
