(WWJ) An Endangered Missing Advisory has been issued for a 7-year-old Downriver girl.

According to Michigan State Police, Jessica Haley-Rose Miller was last seen in the area of 1674 Buckingham Ave. in Lincoln Park about two weeks ago.

She is described as a white female, 4 feet tall and weighing around 45 lbs., with blonde hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a t-shirt, blue jeans and red Nike shoes.

Police said the little girl was last seen with her mother, 38-year-old Kimberlee Michelle Miller, who picked her up at the Buckingham address.

Police said Kimberlee and Jessica Miller left on a white motorcycle with an unknown man, and haven't been seen or heard from since.

Police said the child's mom is known to be a drug abuser, suffers from schizophrenia and "is believed to be a threat to herself and to her daughter."

Child Protective Services has a court order to take custody of the child.

Along with the motorcycle, MSP listed a white pickup truck as a second possible suspect vehicle.

Anyone who has seen this missing child and/or her mother, or who has information about their whereabouts, is urged to call 911 or Lincoln Park Police at 313-381-1800.
