
(WWJ) -- Two packages containing 130 counterfeit COVID-19 vaccination cards headed to Livonia were seized in Chicago.
While inspecting international mail on Sunday at O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, federal agents discovered two packages arriving from Moldova -- an east European country -- that were heading to two separate residences in Livonia.

According to a tweet from U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Chicago, inside one package were 100 counterfeit COVID-19 vaccination cards and the other contained 30 bogus cards.
Chicago Customs and Border Protection said criminals are exploiting the pandemic to make money.
The investigation is being handled by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
