Detroit Police are asking for tips from the public as they search for a teenager who disappeared in the city three weeks ago.
According to investigators, the 16-year-old girl was at her home in the 4200 block of W. Grand Blvd. in Detroit on Monday, Dec. 14. She left at around 12 a.m., and hasn't been seen or heard from since.
Julien is described a 5’1” to 5'2" tall and around 120 lbs., with a thin build, light complexion and long black hair. She was last seen wearing a white hooded sweater with pink and blue trim, unknown color pants and gray and black Jordan gym shoes.
