(WWJ) -- Friday afternoon traffic in metro Detroit was moving a bit slowly after a semi-truck crashed on I-75, spilling fuel all over the roadway.
Traffic on the freeway reopened around 4:30 p.m. after nearl three hours.
Michigan State Police say troopers were dispatched to a construction work zone on northbound I-75 near 9 Mile Road in Hazel Park around 1:20 p.m. following the crash.
Authorities say no injuries have been reported, but the semi-tractor was leaking a large amount of fuel. It was not clear what led to the crash or if any other vehicles were involved.
All lanes of the freeway were closed at the scene while crews worked to clean it up.
