(WWJ) – Electric vehicles have taken huge strides in recent years, closing the gap with internal combustion engines.

But as the electric revolution continues, EVs are still lagging behind in one key area – infrastructure. And many see it as a “chicken and egg” dilemma, as some drivers aren’t willing to buy electric until there are more charging stations, while some companies aren’t ready to invest until there are more drivers.

On a new Daily J podcast, WWJ’s Brian Fisher explores how the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program (NEVI) is looking to close that gap and whether the new government program will move the needle on widespread EVs.
