DETROIT (WWJ) -- Want to live like Kid Rock? Here’s your chance.
The Detroit singer’s riverfront mansion has once again hit the market, this time boasting an asking price of a cool $2.1 million.

Built in 1930, the Colonial home is located on the city’s east side at 9090 Dwight Street, just off Jefferson Avenue.

The 6,000-square-foot mansion is near the Erma Henderson Marina and across the river from the Detroit Yacht Club on Belle Isle.
Along with the Detroit Mayoral Mansion, it is one of the only properties in the city that sits on the Detroit River.

The home comes with a custom boathouse with Jet Ski lifts, an outdoor shower and an upper deck built for year-round use.

The property also features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a bar/game room, heated garage and more.

Rock first purchased the home in 2012 from owners who used to host parties for Motown artists and executives in the 1960s, and it still appears to be a great spot for entertaining.

The country artist later sold the property in August 2019 for a reported $2.2 million, though it appears much of his original decor remains.
