CLINTON TOWNSHIP (WWJ) -- A deadly shooting in Macomb County over the weekend is being blamed on an argument between neighbors which got heated.

Macomb County Prosecutor Pete Lucido said a dispute between two men is what led to the fatal shooting at the Country Squire Apartments, off of Harper Avenue, in Clinton Township Sunday.

Antoine Cortez Harvey, 35, was arraigned Wednesday on multiple charges, including first-degree premeditated murder.

Investigators alleged that Harvey shot 42-year-old Antonio Neal multiple times then took off on foot.

Neal, suffering from gunshot wounds, was later found by police at approximately 12:40 p.m. that same day. He was then taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.

Harvey is facing life in prison without parole and is being held in jail on a $1 million bond.
