During a hearing on Monday at Macomb County District Court, Hughes plead guilty for missing a probation appointment on Sept. 30, but pleaded not guilty to allegedly assaulting the security officer.

Hughes made headlines in April 2020 when he broke into Eminem’s home in Clinton Township and told the rapper “he was there to kill him," according to police.

He had allegedly used a brick to smashing through a kitchen window, and was struggling with a security guard when Eminem woke up.

The Detroit icon was able to get Hughes out of the house without further incident, and he was taken into custody by police.

Hughes -- who was reportedly also arrested in June 2019  for breaking into a Rochester Hills home previously owned by Eminem -- was sentenced on Sept. 27 to five years probation and time served after pleading no contest to second-degree home invasion.

Following his probation violation, Hughes was taken into custody and is being held at Macomb County Jail while he awaits a sentencing hearing on Dec. 15.
