ROSEVILLE (WWJ) – A convicted felon is back behind bars after police made a massive drug bust in Macomb County.

Officers with the County of Macomb Enforcement Team (COMET) and the Detroit Police Department served a search warrant Thursday in Roseville, according to Michigan State Police.

During the raid, detectives seized roughly 200 grams of fentanyl, 20 grams of crack cocaine, 11 grams of cocaine, 6 grams of meth and 232 suboxone packs.

The Drug Enforcement Administration says just 2 mg of fentanyl can be lethal, meaning authorities seized the equivalent of about 100,000 lethal doses of the synthetic opioid.

Authorities also seized two guns, though officials didn’t specify what type of firearms.

MSP officials haven’t yet released any information about the suspect or where exactly the raid happened.

While the suspect was identified as a convicted felon, authorities didn’t release any information about their prior convictions. The suspect is being held at the Macomb County Jail, pending prosecutor review.
