
DETROIT (WWJ) -- There is good news in the case of a two sisters who were reported missing in Detroit.
According to Detroit Police, Na’Jay Johnson, along with her older sister Johnay Johnson, left their house in the 12400 block of Matzeliger Ct., near Chandler Park on Detroit’s east side, and failed to return home.
Police said the girls left the house together, but that Johnay was last seen Monday, July 24, at around 4 p.m., and Na’Jay hasn't been seen since Monday, July 3, at around 6:30 p.m.
Just one day after putting out their photos and a call for tips in the case, police sent an update stating that the girls had been recovered, and that they are doing fine.
Police did not say where they'd been. No further information was released.
