VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP (WWJ) -- Investigators have some leads in the deaths of a mother and her teenage daughter.
WWJ’s Charlie Langton reports that Van Buren Township Police were called to a residence at the Belleville Pointe Apartments on Lake Village Drive near Belleville Road around 11:00 p.m. on Sunday.
When they arrived, they discovered the 45-year-old woman and her 14-year-old daughter stabbed to death.
No arrests have been made at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
