DETROIT (WWJ) -- There has been yet another freeway shooting in Detroit -- and it seems that road rage was once again the cause.
Michigan State Police say just before 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday night, a car getting on to eastbound I-94 from Mt. Elliott was cut off by a woman driving a Dodge Challenger.
When the victim honked his horn, the suspect pulled a gun and fired at the victim, with multiple shots hitting his car.
The victim chased the suspect down the freeway for several miles before pulling over and contacting police.
No injuries were reported in the incident. A section of I-94 was shut down but has since re-opened.
Michigan State Police are continuing to investigate the situation.
