Santo, who is a freshman at Grand Valley State University, was on campus visiting friends for the weekend.

Police say he may have been headed for the Brody neighborhood when he left Yakeley Hall.

According to his aunt, Dawn Gadette Brewer, Brendan went with a friend to another dorm to hang out on Friday, and didn’t want to stay, so he walked back to his friend’s dorm alone.

Authorities have located the vehicle that Santo was driving. He was last seen walking on campus and they do not believe he left the East Lansing area.

Santo is described as about 5-foot-10, 160 lbs. He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a black t-shirt, a black baseball hat, and white Converse high-top shoes.

A search group from the Rochester Hills community is heading to Michigan State's campus Monday morning to help look for the missing teen.

Anyone who has information on Santo’s whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Sgt. James Terrill at 517-388-6291 or TerrillJ@police.msu.edu.
