(WWJ) The pubic is being asked to keep an eye out for a missing Detroit teen.
Detroit Police on Thursday released a photo of 15-year-old Amiah Issac, who was last seen Wednesday night at her home in the 9000 Block of Herkimer St., near I-75 and Dearborn St., on the city's west side.
Police said she left the house without permission from her parents, at around 8 p.m., and they have not heard from her since.
Isaac is described as a white female, 5'0'' tall and around 140 lbs. She has blue eyes and brown hair with pink highlights.
The teen was last seen wearing an orange Tennessee hoodie, black shorts, and white Nike shoes.
According to her mother, she is physically fit and in good mental health.
Police are asking for tips from the public in the case.
