
DETROIT (WWJ) - Its been eight months since family members last heard from a 66-year-old Detroit man, but police aren’t giving up and have turned to the public for help.
The Detroit Police Department said Jerome Arnold went missing around 5 a.m. from the 20400 block of Schaefer back on January 25.
The man’s sister, Yolanda Gillen, told police she last spoke with her brother that Tuesday, but no one has seen or heard from him since.
Authorities described Jermone as a Black male, standing 6’ 4” tall and weighing 220 lbs. Police said the 66-year-old had black, short afro hair and brown eyes.
It isn’t known if he has any identifying marks or tattoos. Police are unsure what Arnold was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
Anyone with any information about Arnold or who may know his whereabouts has been asked to call the Detroit Police Department’s 12th Precinct at 313-596-1201.
