(WWJ) The Detroit Police Department is asking for tips from the public in the case of a missing teenager.
Police say 17-year-old Kobe Boyles was last seen at around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6, when he left a medical facility in the 6000 block of W. Outer Dr. in Detroit against a health care provider’s advice.

According to his mother, Boyles lives with mental illness.
The missing teen is described as a Black male, 6'0'' tall and weighing around 170 lbs., with short black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a yellow hooded sweatshirt and green hospital pants.
Anyone who sees Boyles, or who may know of his whereabouts, is asked to call the DPD's 12th Precinct at 313-596-1201.
