Tickets on sale now for Halloween Stroll at Canterbury Village in Lake Orion

LAKE ORION, Mich. (WWJ) -- Is it too early to start thinking about Halloween?

Maybe so, as Labor Day marks the unofficial end of summer, but many people aren’t ready to let go of warm temperatures and fun in the sun.

But that hasn’t stopped the folks at Canterbury Village from gearing up for “spooky season.”

Canterbury Village is gearing up for its annual Halloween Stroll, a family-friendly event featuring a walking path lined by Jack O’ Lanterns, with multiple encounters with characters.

Tickets are now on sale for the event, which takes place every weekend next month -- Oct. 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 29 and 30.

Canterbury Village will also be offering pumpkin patches, a spooky carousel house, scarecrow row, singing and dancing skeletons, the tunnel of fun, hot chocolate and cider and donuts.

Tickets and more information on the festivities can be found on the Canterbury Village website.
