(WWJ) According to Gas Buddy, the average price of a gallon of gas in Michigan is $3.76, up about a dollar from a year ago, and rising fast.

Politicians and Joe Public alike are quick to blame the opposing party — but as WWJ's Zach Clark has learned, that misses the mark.
