
DETROIT (WWJ) -- A woman who didn't come home after a visit to a Detroit casino over the weekend, worrying her family, has been found.
Police on Tuesday reached out for tips in the case of 49-year-old Gwendolyn Phillips, who was dropped off at the MGM Grand Detroit casino, in the 1700 block of 3rd Street, at around 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 10.
When she didn't return to her home in the 18200 block of Grandville on Detroit's west side, she was reported missing to the Detroit Police Department.
On Wednesday, the DPD sent an update saying that Phillips has been recovered and is doing fine. Police did not say where she was located, and no further details were released.
