(WWJ) An Ohio man accused of calling in threats to an elementary school in Port Huron has been arraigned on multiple charges including making a terrorism threat.

Dominik Hricovsky, 32, is charged with making threats to burn down Cleveland Elementary School and shoot police officers last Wednesday, forcing the school into a soft lockdown.

Investigators were able to track the calls to an apartment on Nern Street (2700 block) near Dove and 24th Street, where they made contact with the suspect. He was visiting his girlfriend whom he had recently met online.

Police say, when he was placed under arrest, he attempted to fight the officers. The officers deployed a taser. He gave several different names before officers were able to identify him using a portable fingerprint scanner.

The school was under soft lockdown for an hour before officers found the suspect and took him into custody.

He has been arraigned on Threat of Terrorism, Discharging a Firearm in or at a Building, Felony Firearm (2 Counts), Felon in Possession of Firearm, Resisting & Obstructing and Habitual Offender, and 4th Offense notice.

He is being held on a $250,000 bond. He will due back in court on March 9.
