The former New York Giants QB Eli Manning is having a bunch of success with his Monday Night Football broadcast alongside his brother Peyton, but now Eli is doing his own show that has premiered on the Giants YouTube channel.
‘The Eli Manning Show’ is an 8-episode series that is hosted by Manning and will run throughout the year. The show will feature guests such as Kevin Durant and Tracy Morgan as well as provide a peak into Manning’s life as a retired quarterback and dad.
"When Eli returned to the organization, one of our goals was to showcase his unique relationship with the Giants and our fan base," Giants Chief Commercial Officer Pete Guelli said. "This show is the perfect way to illustrate that connection, and at the same time, it continues our commitment to deliver unprecedented content on Giants digital platforms."
In the first episode, he first talks with his two brothers, Peyton and Cooper, about some of the best family memories and poke fun at Eli. Hall of Famer Michael Strahan makes an appearance to discuss Eli’s career since his induction into the Giants Ring of Honor. Eli is hoping the show will give Giants fans a peak into what his life is like post retirement.
"I've been honored to meet incredible people both inside and outside of sports throughout my life and career," Eli Manning said. "Whether they're athletes, entertainers or industry leaders – sometimes they're all of the above – I can't wait to bring their stories to this show. Along the way, we'll have some fun while fans can get to know me outside of what they saw on Sundays."
