Look: LSU baseball dogpiles after winning 8th national title

We may have seen it seven times before, but it's an image that never gets old: LSU baseball dogpiling the mound in Omaha.

That was the moment LSU fans got to experience again on Sunday, with the Tigers taking down Coastal Carolina 5-3 for a title series sweep. Check out scenes of that moment below.

LSU got another outstanding starting performance from Anthony Eyanson, who went 6.1 innings and struck out 9 while allowing three runs. Chase Shores took over for the final 2.2 innings, inducing a game-ending double play in the bottom of the 9th inning.

Coastal entered the title series riding a 26-game winning streak. The win marks LSU's 8th national title and the second in just four years since hiring Jay Johnson as head coach.
