The legend keeps growing for Steven "Monster" Milam, and it's happening at exactly the right time.
Not even a week removed from a stunning walk-off over South Carolina at the SEC Tournament, Milam did it again to walk off with a 4-3 win over Wofford in the opening game of the Chapel Hill regional.

"It feels good," Milam said on the field after the game. "Just trying to help my team win, you know, we're trying to make it back to Omaha and win another national championship."
Milam's blast was one of four for LSU on the day, one each in the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th innings after trailing throughout the entire game. Milam got the scoring started with his left-handed blast in the 6th, followed by home runs by Michael Braswell and Jared Jones.
The Tigers now advance to the winner's bracket, with their next opponent determined by the result of the North Carolina-Long Island showdown this afternoon.
