The New Orleans Saints have gotten through an entire week of practice and their starting quarterback for Week 4 is still very much a question.
After sitting out the first two days of practice with an AC shoulder sprain suffered in the Week 3 loss to the Packers, Derek Carr was back throwing and a limited participant in Friday's practice. He's officially listed as questionable for the showdown with the Bucs on Sunday, and he'll be assessed on Saturday to determine how his shoulder responds to the day's work.
It'd be somewhat of a surprise if Carr were to suit up, but he showed no clear limitations during the open portion of practice. If he can't go, it'll be Jameis Winston suiting up against his former team.
The Saints have three players who will definitely not see the field against the Bucs and it will force backups to take on key roles in the secondary for another week.

Rookie Jordan Howden got the start in place of the suspended Marcus Maye against the Packers and showed well, but he'll miss Week 4 with a finger injury. Options behind him could be Lonnie Johnson Jr., Ugo Amadi or J.T. Gray on the active roster. The Saints could also utilize veterans Johnathan Abram or Daniel Sorenson as practice squad call-ups. It's likely that Isaac Yiadom will see significant snaps in place of Adebo.

It will also be a waiting game at tight end, with Foster Moreau questionable with an ankle injury. He missed Week 3 with the same injury.

Tampa will be without star corner Jamel Deal, but there are a handful of star players in CB Carlton Davis, NT Vita Vea and LB Devin White listed as questionable.
