A whopping 12 players have been listed as questionable between the Saints and Bucs ahead of their Week 2 matchup, meaning there will be plenty of intrigue when the teams take the field Sunday morning.

The most notable name to watch is Alvin Kamara, who missed each of Thursday and Friday practices with a rib injury. The lone player on the Saints' side who has been officially ruled out is cornerback Paulson Adebo, who is still nursing an ankle injury he suffered prior to the pre season finale against the Chargers.

Jameis Winston and Mark Ingram are also listed as questionable, meaning the Saints head into a pivotal NFC South clash with several question marks. Winston is dealing with a back injury, but both he and his head coach indicated it was not significant and he was feeling better as the week went on. Two players who returned to practice in full on Friday who have no game day designation are DE Cam Jordan and OT Landon Young, the latter of whom missed Week 1 with a hip issue. Safety Marcus Maye was also listed on the injury report with an ankle injury but he has been a full participant the last two days and he is expected to play.

The Bucs' side of things is no better, with two additional players joining the injury report on Friday -- but both for rest purposes. WR Chris Godwin is the lone player ruled out on the Bucs' side, but two others are listed as doubtful.

Gameday inactives will be announced about 10:30 a.m. Sunday morning, with the game set for a noon kickoff. One player to keep an eye on will be Latavius Murray, who would be eligible as a practice squad elevation should the team call on him. Despite joining the team earlier in the week, he already knows the system and could be relied on in a pinch if necessary.
