The Saints had a big need at left tackle, and even the team found itself sweating and hoping their target would be on the board at No. 19, that's exactly what happened with Northern Iowa's Trevor Penning.

The result was a pair of picks that married need with value in a draft that felt like a major opportunity to fill key holes and set up the offense for success around quarterback Jameis Winston. It was the second pick of the night that drew rave reviews from WWL Radio's Draft Fest at Urban South Brewery, and from host Kristian Garic, and analysts Bobby Hebert and Mike Detillier.

Detillier's take: "He’s one of the top run-blockers in college football. He’ll kick your behind and then do it twice. He’s a guy that gores you and then goes after you. Zach and all they’re going to have to calm his nerves. I’m just telling you.”

Hebert's take: "We had thought it’d be tackle-recevier and it was receiver-tackle. But I’ll tell you what, right now you look I think the Who Dat Nation we’re all into the picks, and they both should be starting."
