There were quite a few jerseys back at practice Wednesday as the Saints enter week 9 with a 5-2 record, getting ready to host 3-4 Atlanta high noon in the Caesars Superdome. Can the Who Dat Nation bring the ruckus for an early start Sunday?

We could see Taysom Hill replacing the injured Jameis Winston.
#7 was limited, but back at practice for the first time since suffering a concussion week 5, Oct. 10th, in Washington. There has been no word though from Coach Payton on whether Hill will start at QB, or does he help the team more in the Swiss Army Knife role with Trevor Siemian under center. Don’t hold your breath on an answer Who Dats. This will probably be clearer come Friday

LT Terron Armstead (groin), DE Payton Turner (calf), and RB Dwayne Washington (neck) were also limited.

Not practicing; S Malcolm Jenkins (knee), WR Ty Montgomery (hamstring) and Carl Granderson. The DE left the win over the Bucs late in the game with a shoulder issue.

The Falcons have 3 players listed on their initial injury report:

Did Not Practice

DT     Jonathan Bullard    Concussion

WR    Calvin Ridley        Not injury related

Limited

WR    Russell Gage          Groin

Ridley announced he needs to "step away from football at this time and focus on my mental wellbeing." The 26-year-old has 31 receptions for 281 yards and two touchdowns in five games.
