New Orleans Police say a 45-year-old man is behind bars after opening fire in the French Quarter Friday night.
"Victim standing in 1200 block of Decatur Street engaged in argument with suspect when suspect produced firearm and fired at victim, grazing him," according to an initial police report.
It happened near the corned or Governor Nichols and Decatur.
"Suspect fled but was later apprehended in 500 block of Decatur Street."
The alleged shooting is identified as Jovon Bell.
Police say the victim is an adult male.
