Tangipahoa Parish sheriff’s deputies are investigating a body that was found inside a tarp on the side of a road between Fluker and Tangipahoa.
Deputies say they responded to a location on US 51 after a passerby called them around 8 a.m. Sunday to report the body.
The deceased is identified only as a white man. Deputies released no other information about the deceased.
