The New Orleans Police Department is asking the public to help them find this man, 32-year-old B.J. Brown, in connection with a homicide in New Orleans this week.
"Brown is wanted for second degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting that occurred in the First District around 9:30 a.m. on June 27 in the 1400 block of Iberville Street," said police.
WWL-TV reports Brown may no longer be in the New Orleans area. Brown was reported to be in the area of Erin, Tennessee, about 70 miles west-northwest of Nashville, where authorities say he took a shot at a police officer, injuring him.
The officer's injuries are reportedly non-life-threatening. Brown's whereabouts are unknown.
