Comedian Dave Chappelle will be bringing his upcoming tour to New Orleans.
The fall run of Dave Chappelle Live will stop at the Smoothie King Center on Friday, September 15. Tickets for that concert will go on sale to the general public on Thursday (July 27). A ticket presale is scheduled for Wednesday (July 26).
Chappelle's critically-acclaimed career has spanned more than 30 years on film, television, and the stand-up stage. Esquire hailed Chappelle as the "comic genius of America," while a Rolling Stone poll ranked him as the ninth-best stand-up comic of all time. Chappelle has won four Grammy Awards for Best Comedy Album. He's also won five Emmy Awards for his television work, including two for his guest appearances on Saturday Night Live and three for his stand-up specials on Netflix.
