Cops are looking for clues after a killing in the 7th Ward Sunday.
"Members of the New Orleans Police Department are investigating a shooting that left an unidentified adult male dead," Public Information Officer Garry Flot said in a news release.
It happened in the 1800 block of Touro Street.
"At approximately 10:43 am., the New Orleans Emergency Medical Services received a medical call at the location."
Flot said that when EMS arrived to render aid, they discovered the victim had been shot.
They transported the victim to the hospital where he died.
"The investigation is ongoing and no further information is available at this time."
