Police are hunting four male juveniles who escaped from a juvenile justice center and allegedly at least some of them carjacked a woman nearby the facility after breaking out.
NOPD reports the four escaped sometime just before 5 PM from the Juvenile Justice Intervention Center on Milton Street. Afterward, a victim who lives near the complex reported being confronted by young men who demanded her car. She surrendered her vehicle and they drove away.
