NOPD's Violent Offender Warrant Squad, U.S. Marshals New Orleans Task Force, and the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offender Fugitive Task Force arrested 22-year-old Kyron Keith Fazande in Houston.

Fazande will be extradited to New Orleans to be booked on charges of second degree murder, attempted second degree murder, and aggravated battery.

The shooting took the life of 23-year-old Hilbert Walker III. A restaurant patron visiting from Chicago was wounded.
