An arrest warrant is issued for 26-year-old Kenneth Zeno for an alleged shooting in Algiers according to the New Orleans Police Department.
According to an NOPD report, a female victim got into an argument with Zeno when he stole her belongings and he and an unknown man fled the scene.
Police say later, the suspects saw the victim again on General DeGaulle and L.B. Landry when several shots were fired at the woman’s vehicle. A bullet grazed the woman’s neck. Police did not say the woman’s condition.
