The man that New Orleans Saints player Alvin Kamara and three others are accused of beating up in Las Vegas has sued the running back for $10 million, NOLA.com reports.
Darnelle Greene is seeking damages for the incident that happened the morning of February 5.
Green's suit claims Kamara "shoved Greene into a wall and repeatedly punched him in the face," and that Kamara chased him down a hallway when Green tried to run away.
Kamara and three others face charges of battery with substantial bodily harm and conspiracy to commit battery charges in Nevada.
The NFL has not yet taken disciplinary action in the case. Kamara's next court date in the criminal case is set for next month.
