Jefferson Parish council member Jennifer Van Vrancken is the projected winner of the At-Large Division A race.
With 99 percent of precincts reporting, Van Vrancken had 51 percent.
Van Vrancken has represented District 5 in the Jefferson Council for eight years, and is moving up to a parish-wide seat.
Ricky Templet seemed to only poll well in Westbank parishes, coming up with 46 percent, while candidate J. "Frankie" Hyers polled at 3 percent.
