Good news for sportsmen who have smartphones, starting Monday you will be able to view your licenses on the LA Wallet app. It’s the latest addition to the state’s digital ID app, an app that also lets you carry a verifiable copy of your COVID vaccination record.
Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries Undersecretary Bryan McClinton told WWL’s Newell Normand that you’ll be able to see your hunting and fishing licenses, see your tags, HIP certifications, and other sportsmen-related information on the app.
It will be acceptable to LDWF agents in the place of traditional physical copies.
The app is available for iPhone and android devices on your app store.
